Sawing
Our raw material is subject to a policy of rigorous quality control. Cutting is done according to highly precise criteria unique to Lambton Manufacturing, responding to the needs of clients and the many applications desired. |

Classification and Measuring
All of the wood we receive is separated by length and grade. Inventory management is done by computer.

Pre-drying and Drying
Raw material is sheltered in our pre-drying facility, safe from rain, wind, and sun. It's then moved to a computer-controlled dryer with a total capacity of 360,000 board-feet. |

Bundling and Cutting
Manufacturing begins with cutting. Once classified, measured and dried, the wood is cut along its length to eliminate certain defects. |

Straight Ripping
All flaws are eliminated and each piece is selected and matched to create a product of uniform quality and colour. |

Gluing
The use of an electronic high-speed gluer and/or rotating cold glue clamp allows the gluing of sides reaching 16' (4.8 m). These tools also allow the use of several types of glue, to obtain different adhering effects and meet client specifications (such as using a waterproof glue).

Machining
The ripper has a computer control that allows the manufacture of a range of detailed products with the highest possible degree of precision. |

Moulding
High-capacity and high-precision equipment means Lambton Manufacturing can create products with dimensions up to 4" x 12" (10 cm x 30.5 cm). |

Turning
The raw material is picked to ensure a high-quality product of uniform colour, ready for use. |
